Home Patterns of Light began as a tiny outlet in 1998 in the old stable yard of Jenny and Mike’s home in Suffolk known as “Freedom Works” where Jenny began selling her water colour cards and unique dream catchers. Since then Patterns of Light has expanded its range of handmade dream catcher products & specialises in a variety of other colourful, exciting and affordable gifts. (Mail order catalogue available). Jenny continues to take commissions and runs dream catcher workshops. Jenny and Mike are now based at Kishorn shop, on the Wester Ross coastal trail in the North West Highlands of Scotland where they combine their craft & gift business with all the functions of a local store. Visiting Kishorn shop whether for the daily paper and a pint of milk or for something more exotic is an unexpected and welcoming experience. Dragons lurk beside the cornflakes, dream catchers hang over the organic vegetables, “penny” sweets are stored in an old pine cupboard and rainbows flash round the shop when the sun shines. |  |
