A wonderful artist working in the far north of Scotland. Check out her studio page for the whole variety of her work and way. Also look in the 'land' page for photographs of incredible work on the beach using stones. My favourite is' Floating Stone Line' using 333 stones at new moon on the shore and working with the tide. Recently this year Lotte won an award for Best Residential Project Under £500,000. it is ecologically sound and energy efficient, cost £75,000 and she waited three 37 years to realise this dream. Built from locally sourced oak planks and with a curved copper roof, it is fantastic. it was designed by Gocay Deveci, architect at Robert Gordon University in aberdeen and is perched on the shore of a loch.
